We do not submit inappropriate CVs or "cold-drop" unsolicited CVs. We do not pressure candidates we put forward to accept positions with clients. It is "win win", or not win at all.

Cmed listens to the specific needs of both client and individual. This is our business; we understand this business, as conducting operations is also our business, through our CRO division (see services).

All candidates undergo a comprehensive human resources interview with a full reference and qualification check. Often we conduct technical assessments. We carefully support all our consultants, especially in the early days of their assignment.

Cmed supplies consultants in both the US and Europe. We have experience of international assignments and managing work visas from several countries including the US and South Africa, as well as local work permits in European states.
