Written by Cmed
DURHAM, NC — June 29, 2017 – Cmed, an innovative, technology-led oncology focused CRO, will present “Move towards more flexible and cost-effective trials. The Power of Technology Driven Applications” at Clinical Operations in Oncology Trials East Coast (11-12 July, 2017, Boston).
Sammie Rivera, an experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager in oncology studies, and now a Senior Client Services Manager, will explore the role of technology in clinical trials and its’ impact on decision making, enabling the immediacy of subject data and reducing trial cost. She will introduce encapsia and will highlight how immediate access to real-time clinical data with actionable insights can enroll patients more accurately against inclusion and exclusion criteria, improve patient safety monitoring, enable higher quality data faster and allow more timely decision making. encapsia is a new generation cloud and app based clinical data suite that is already being used to successfully complete studies for both large and small Biopharma companies. The presentation will take place at 5.15pm on July 11, 2017.
Attendees are also encouraged to stop by Booth 12 to learn more about encapsia and Cmed’s significant experience in conducting and managing oncology studies, including breast, lung, prostate, colorectal and other solid cancers, and haematological malignancies. Cmed combines its extensive experience in oncology with encapsia to provide its Sponsors with the ability to collect, review, decide and take actions on their clinical trial data in ways that have not been possible before. Cmed also understands the unique needs of small to mid-size Biopharma companies and works with its Sponsors to meet their individual goals and timelines, never working from stock “one size fits all” trial plans.
